Furnished bedroom available in 2BR Nolita/Little Italy apartment. Super convenient, clean, and safe location, great living situation for the right person. The place is not huge, this is lower manhattan :] It is perfect if you are clean and do not have loads of belongings. 

The room is fully furnished with a bed and wardrobe organizer for clothing. Additionally I travel a lot so much of the time you'll have the place to yourself.

A few things to note: the bathroom is tenement style, and has a separate shower and separate toilet. Both are enclosed but small. The kitchen also has extremely limited counter space for cooking but there are loads of amazing restaurants near by as well as take out. The neighborhood and bedrooms are the real selling points.
